Once again it was Karlis Skirmanis who managed to score Triple Eight VDT a single point at the Belgium.
With limited preperation time, Karlis was the only last minute entry into the Belgium grand prix.
Karlis had this to say after the race.
"Knowing the prep for this race p 10 is all I could do. Kind of ruined my strategy by going too far into my first medium stint, I would lose a lot of time pitting again so I had to go to hards.
I was lapping the same laptimes on hards at the end as full fuel on meds.
I took a bit longer in Bikernieki than I wanted, so lap 1 in the race was my first lap today
Should be able to practice more for the next race"
Hopefully the next Hybrird race will see our drivers back on track, Triple Eight is looking to break into the top 10 of the challenger split in it's first year of Hybrids at the moment, we need to be scoring more points and having more attendance at the races.
