Our newest member of Vermin Racing, Max Hamelink did an outstanding job to bring home his first podium with the team and really stamp his mark as an excellent racing prospect.
Max had qualified 3rd and was soon up into 1st place during the race as drivers made more and more mistakes. Max kept his head down and only lost the win with 2 laps to go. A small mistake at the final corner set up 2 laps of very intense and skillful racing between, Clank Hughes, Max and Dave Southword. Clank managed to get past Max but Max held off Dave to clinch that 2nd place.
I could not be more pleased with our result and Max has really proven himself as something special that we here at vermin are so pleased to be working with Max into the future.
